Why a subscription
Because the old shape stopped fitting the work. Traditional development is sold in fixed-scope projects because estimating was hard and building was slow — so everyone spent weeks negotiating a statement of work for something that now takes days. AI changed the build time. It didn’t change the contract, so the contract became the bottleneck.
A subscription removes it entirely. No scoping calls, no change orders, no arguing about whether a request is in the statement of work. You pay a flat monthly rate, queue whatever you need, and I build it — websites, web and native mobile apps, AI features, API work, refactors, and the unglamorous maintenance nobody quotes for.
How I work
Direct and transparent. Every request you submit gets graded for difficulty and comes back with a real delivery date before I start — 1–2 days for light work, about a week for a standard feature, 2–3 weeks for something heavy. I build one task at a time so nothing sits half-finished, and bugs in anything I’ve already shipped you are fixed free.
The roster stays deliberately small — I’d rather serve a handful of clients exceptionally well than spread thin across dozens. When capacity is full, new subscriptions go to a waitlist rather than quietly degrading everyone’s turnaround. You own every line of code from the first commit, and cancelling breaks nothing.
