AI Solutions Studio (“AI Solutions Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI consulting and development agency. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It also describes how we handle data accessed through the Google Ads API.

Information you provide. When you submit our contact or project-intake forms, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email address, company, and a description of your project or requirements.

Google Ads account data. When a client engages us to audit their Google Ads account, we access that account’s configuration and performance data through the Google Ads API. This access is read-only and occurs only after the client authorizes a manager-account link. We do not modify campaigns, bids, budgets, keywords, or ads.

Usage data. We use privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate site usage (for example, page views). This data is not used to identify you individually.

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
• Generate Google Ads audit reports and recommendations for the client whose account was authorized.
• Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, data obtained through the Google Ads API is:

• Used only to provide and improve the auditing service for the authorizing client;
• Never sold, and never transferred to third parties except as needed to provide the service, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law;
• Never used for advertising; and
• Not accessed by humans except where required for support, with the client’s consent, for security, or to comply with law.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business — such as website hosting, infrastructure, and analytics providers — and only to the extent necessary to perform those services on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to provide our services, and to meet legal requirements. Google Ads data pulled for an audit is retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted on request. You may ask us to delete your data at any time using the contact details above.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. API credentials are stored securely on the server side and are never exposed in the browser. Access to client data is restricted to authorized staff.

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
